WELCOME TO LA LAURA DI PAESTUM
La Laura di Paestum - Case Vacanze is part of a newly built house, completed in February 2023, which it occupies the entire ground floor with a large exclusive courtyard and car park for the its guests.
The accomodations consist of mini-apartments measuring approximately 40㎡. They are composed of living room-kitchen, large bedroom with double bed (we can add up two more beds on request), bathroom, small external private terrace, parking space. All rooms are air conditioned, with flat screen TV and free WIFI connection.

Casa perfetta c'è tutto quello che serve il personale é molto affabile le spiagge sono stupende ed il contesto é amichevole. Ci torneremo sicuramente

Girando diverse strutture posso dire di non aver mai trovato una più comoda e pulita come questa, oltre ad avere il personale molto cordiale, comodo per chi vuole andare a mare a piedi ma anche se vi volete spostare in macchina si raggiunge tutto in 5 massimo 10 minuti. Che dire, ci torneremo!!!!

Spiaggia libera piccola e affollata
Il Lido Nausica (uno dei due più vicini) è confortevole, dotato di ottimi servizi e con postazioni ben distanziate. I prezzi sono troppo elevati rispetto ad altre analoghe località di mare campane e Chiudono troppo presto: alle ore 19,00 gli ombrelloni, alle 19,30 ti stalkerizzano se non lasci la spiaggia.

Additional beds: a daily fee of 25 € per person is required for the duration of the stay. Maximum two additional beds.

Return of deposit during office hours, otherwise penalty loss of deposit.

- Deposit: 100.00 € per apartment
- Linens: optional, upon request at time of booking, per person per change, bed and bath 15.00 €
- Kitchenette cleaning: is the responsibility of the client and if not done will be charged 15.00 €

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Art.1 Upon delivery of the keys of the accommodation, the tenant pays as a deposit the sum of 100.00 euros; this sum will be refunded by the landlord to the tenant at the end of the stay after the verification that the rented accommodation is returned in order, without any damage.
Art.2 The check-in time on the first day of stay is fixed between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm. If the keys are not collected by the tenant on the agreed day and time, the contract is terminated and the landlord has the right to withhold the deposit as partial compensation for damages.
Art.3 The check-out time on the last day of stay is fixed and the delivery of the keys from the tenant to the landlord must take place before 9:00 am. The landlord after having assessed the absence of damages and normal cleaning of the kitchenette, returns the deposit to the tenant.
Art.4 The amounts shown in the price list include a weekly stay for two people; upon customer request it is possible to have the addition of up to a maximum of two more beds and therefore accommodate up to four people. This service has a surcharge fee of 25.00 euros per day for each additional unit for the entire period of the stay. This amount, added to the basic price as per the price list, constitutes the total for the calculation and payment of the deposit and the subsequent balance of the price.
Art.5 At the end of the stay, the tenant hands over the keys of the accommodation.
Art.6 It is strictly forbidden to introduce animals of any species into the rented property.
